Am identificat cutia de carton de la Metro dar am avut ceva emotii pana cand am desfacut-o dar s-au dovedit a fi destul de carnoase. <br />Au avut mare succes, inclusiv in cazul unui prieten "anti-scoici convins" care a produs in farfurie - cu mandrie - cateva cochilii sacrificate.. <br />Am produs sosul in casa pentru ca s-a intamplat sa am in frigider toate ingredientele, chiar de la heinz si un borcan de castraveti murati. Cand merg la magazin sa cumpar se uita ciudat la mine. Cineva a intrebat: "Sunt bune? Cum le mancati?"<br /><br />Reteta belgiana cu bere si cu telina e o nebunie. Ne aduceau si o tona de cartofi prajiti dar dupa mine nu prea merge.<br /><br />La Istanbul pe strada sunt vanzatori ambulanti cu Midii Umplute (Stuffed Mussles – Midye Dolma) - cu orez si seminte de pin, usor picante.
